Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ChamsDel Online LLC ("ChamsDel," "we," "our," or "us"), the company that operates Sound AI Advisors at soundaiadvisors.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Site, use our free tools, request our playbook, or book a consultation.
Sound AI Advisors is a consulting practice focused on production AI implementation for $20M–$200M B2B companies in fintech and compliance-pressured SaaS. This Policy covers our marketing Site and the free assessment and playbook intake tools we host on it. It does not govern paid client engagements, which are covered by the separately signed engagement letter or Statement of Work for that engagement.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Submit
You voluntarily provide information when you use the Site, including:
- AI Readiness Assessment: company revenue band, industry, your role, and your answers to the 10 scored questions. If you request the emailed PDF version, we also collect your work email.
- Playbook Request: work email, company revenue band, industry, role, and free-text responses about your current state with AI, your three-month goals, and what's blocking you.
- Consultation booking: when you click through to book a call, you are routed to our third-party scheduling tool (Calendly), where you provide name, email, and any context you choose to share. Calendly's own privacy practices apply to that interaction.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email (e.g., hello@soundaiadvisors.com).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and our edge logs may automatically record:
- IP address (and approximate geographic location derived from it)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages requested, referring URL, and timestamps
- Errors or diagnostic events necessary to keep the Site running
We do not currently run a third-party web analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking product on this Site. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and disclose it here.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate your AI Readiness Assessment report — your answers are sent to our LLM provider (Anthropic) so a tailored written report can be produced. See Section 4.
- Email you your assessment report and, if you've requested it, the AI Agent Implementation Playbook when it becomes available.
- Send you a short, tailored follow-up note based on the context you provided (e.g., your blockers and goals).
- Respond to messages, scope consultations, and prepare for an introductory call.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing errors and abuse.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your submissions to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Legal Bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you submit the assessment, playbook request, or email subscription form, you are asking us to send you the resulting report or playbook.
- Legitimate interests — to operate the Site, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, and follow up about a consultation you have shown interest in.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.

4. Service Providers and Sub-Processors
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security commitments:

Anthropic's API terms state that data submitted via their API is not used to train their models. We do not authorize any of these providers to use your information for their own marketing.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected:
- Assessment and playbook submissions: kept while you remain a prospective contact and for a reasonable follow-up window, typically up to 24 months from your last interaction.
- Email correspondence and consultation notes: kept for the duration of our business relationship and as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Server and security logs: kept for a limited period to support diagnostics and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated.
You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and use of reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a portable copy of information you provided
- Opt out of marketing or follow-up emails (use the unsubscribe link or just reply asking to stop)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@chamsdel.online. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
8. Cookies
The Site uses only the minimal cookies and local storage needed for it to function (e.g., remembering your progress through the assessment in a single session). We do not use third-party advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics cookies on this Site at this time. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; this should not affect your ability to use the Site.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services we don't control (Calendly, LinkedIn, X). Their privacy practices are their own — we recommend reviewing their policies before submitting information.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business decision-makers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate globally. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and potentially other countries. By using the Site you consent to that transfer. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
